一昨日はスタッフの歓迎会、昨日はスタッフ研修でした。

12年やっていてもスタッフ研修の内容を考えるのは毎度悩みます。当日のＭＣもいまだにうまく出来ません。どーも店主です。

昨日の研修で学んだことをスタッフたちが活かしてくれかどうか、不安と期待のなか本日もオープンしました！

お天気悪い日が続いていることもあってここ最近はお席空いてることが多いです！それはそれは不安になるほどに。。

The day before yesterday, we had a welcome party for our new staff, and yesterday was staff training day!

Even after 12 years of running this place, I still struggle every single time with figuring out what to do for staff training. And I’m still not very good at being the MC on the day either.
Yep, it’s your humble owner here.

So, with a mix of nerves and excitement about whether our staff will put what they learned yesterday into practice, we’re open again today!

Maybe it’s because we’ve had so many gloomy days lately, but we’ve actually had plenty of empty seats recently.
Honestly… enough to make me a little nervous. 😅
