またひとつ周年を迎えることが出来ました。
何者でもない自分がこんなにも長くお店を続けてこられたのは取引先のみなさん、いつも頑張ってくれるスタッフや今でも遊びに来てくれる元スタッフたち、そしてホノホノを好きでご来店してくださるみなさま、陰ながら応援してくださるみなさま方のおかげです。
いつもありがとうございます。

12年前の今日、緊張や不安で手の震えが止まらないままトマトをカットしていたことは一生忘れないでしょう。

13年目も時折手を震わせながら精進していきますので変わらぬご愛顧をよろしくお願いいたします。

★☆ HONOHONO Celebrates Its 12th Anniversary! ☆★

We’ve made it through another year, and today marks our 12th anniversary.

I was nobody special when I started this place, and the fact that I’ve been able to keep it going for this long is all thanks to so many people — our suppliers and business partners, our amazing staff who always work so hard, our former staff members who still stop by to see us, everyone who loves HONOHONO and continues to visit, and everyone who supports us from behind the scenes.

Thank you, always.

I’ll never forget this day 12 years ago, when I was cutting tomatoes with my hands shaking uncontrollably from nerves and anxiety.

As we begin our 13th year, I’m sure my hands will still shake from time to time, but I’ll keep working hard to make HONOHONO even better.
